How much is too much muscle on women? Okay, here the tables are full of opinions about women with muscles - the term muscle tone and mean the same thing to me. L ' only difference is how hard you work to build them and how much% of fat is lost in the process, and so on .. The question I have is what is considered attractive without going overboard? Personally I think women look great muscle definition, but not when they become too large, as rivals in the form of competition. What do you think? Examples - Jillian Michaels is considered good or too muscular?
